The Supervisor for the Sports & Spine Clinic oversees the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficient and quality care is provided. The Supervisor is responsible for staffing, training, performance management, initiating process improvement, and supporting department operations.

Candidates must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with Physicians, clinical staff and support staff to provide an optimal care experience for patients and their families. Candidates must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision-making, and must be able to demonstrate an attitude consistent with the Island Hospital Promise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory or lead experience required.
  • Previous clinical experience in an out-patient Physician practice strongly preferred with an active clinical license issued by the WA Department of Health encouraged (MA, LPN or RN).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Leadership or related degree encouraged.
