What makes Noble Physicians Complex Care so special?

Noble Physicians is the inventor and lead provider of the Virtual Complex Care Suite.  This medical service enables patients to discharge safely from the comfort and peace of their own home while receiving fully medically supported virtual care.  As a result, patients reduce risk of Covid-19 exposure, experience fewer complications and less readmission.  In this role, you will be central to providing this cutting-edge care.


Job Duties:

·      Front Office Duties

·      Guide Patient Care in a Caring Competent Manner

o   Use tele-health video chat technology to guide patient care

·      Establish and Maintain Positive and Productive Relationships

o   Create professional, trustworthy, compassionate relationships with patients

o   Create good relationships with other providers, pharmacies and specialties

·      Quarterback Communications Across Colleagues

o   Use Microsoft TEAMS to locate new referrals, download files and communicate with other team members

·      Prepare and Maintain Patient Charts

o   Pre-populate patient information onto a new form, including recent lab work, follow up dates, history, medication and current medication lists.

o   Prepare new patient packets inclusive of medical history questionnaire with contracts and consent forms

o   Create medical intake forms, contracts, consent forms

·      Manage Patient Date in the EMR

o   Scan/Upload patient charts: Scan all charts individually into Dropbox, upload each chart into the EMR individually

o   Log patient information into EMR. Record vitals into each patient’s chart, adjust and update medication lists, update contracts and consent forms, update demographics information and insurance info, log UA results into flow sheet.

·      Review Patient Charts Carefully for Physician Orders

·      Schedule Patients

o   Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments

o   Make follow- up calls to patients

·      Manage Patient Prescriptions

o   Call in prescriptions for patients

o   Track prescriptions in DEA spreadsheet

·      Verify Benefits and Eligibility

·      Maintain faxes

·      Coordinate prior authorizations for medications, medical equipment, appointments and referrals


Minimum Requirements:

One (1) year experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility preferred
Skills, knowledge, comfort, aptitude and competence with Front Office Duties
Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers
Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements
BLS Certification required
